The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving all volume, distribution goals, promotions, and in-store tastings for the portfolio through all channels of trade.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
● Assist in developing and implementing an annual operating plan which includes financial, volume, and distribution objectives
● Responsible for building and managing relationships with distributor field sales teams and motivating and tracking them to execute goals and objectives
● Hiring new team members and training new Marketing Representatives and Brand Ambassadors
● Managing Marketing Reps and Brand Ambassador teams. Build maps and oversee Reps work schedule
● Manage depletion, distribution, and display objectives for the general market off-channel
● Manage execution of displays in the off-premise channel, and oversee distributor merchandising teams
● Manage depletion, distribution, drink menus and bucket features in the on premise channel
● Manage onboarding of all new accounts in HubSpot
● Manage POS and ensure that merchandising objectives are being executed in concord with the distributor field sales team
● Booking and participating in tastings and promotions
● Introduce creative sales execution concepts, share across state lines/regions if successful and aspire to be a leader in better practices
● Maintain a working key account list and build key account relationships within assigned territory
● Assist state leads in managing assigned budgets including incentives, branded merchandise, and other departmental expenses
● Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state & company policies/law
● Preferred 1-2 or more years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry with knowledge and passion for both commercial and premium products in a retail environment
● BA degree or equivalent experience
● Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment
● Results oriented, innovation, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
● Ability to work and succeed in dynamic entrepreneurial environment
● Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships
● Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
● Able to lift over 25lbs
● Own credit card minimum $1,000
● Willing to travel 90% of the time in the assigned territory
