Brand Developers are a highly-specialized sales force responsible for working with the brand marketing team to increase distribution, drive sales volume in a target list of accounts and build brand affinity.
Overview
Long Drink seeks a Brand Developer to serve as a dedicated brand expert and resource focused to drive volume in strategic geographies. The Brand Developer would span both Marketing/Brand Ambassador & Commercial Sales. As a Brand Developer, you will develop and maintain relationships with accounts, trade and distributor partners; increase brand awareness and growth through menu placements; grow distribution and advocacy for the brand.
Sales and Marketing
• Strengthen presence on-premise by obtaining menu placements in influential accounts.
• Align and with key local industry events and participate where opportunity fits our strategy.
• Execute promotions, tastings and training in-market within high priority accounts.
.• Maintain calendar of activities and ensure effective communications with the broader team.
• Provide bi-weekly market activity reports to National Brand Activation Manager.
Commercial Sales
• Call on key on premise accounts, responsible for developing strong relationships, building brand awareness with the ultimate goal of increasing volume growth, menu placements, and assisting Distributor partners in attaining our objectives.
• Utilize sales reports to measure brand performance within your accounts and contribute to analysis and recommendations arising within the territory.
• Ride with distributor sales representatives as needed.
• Participate in out-of-market sales blitzes.
• Work closer to maintain Top Volume accounts and reduce losses.
Financial Responsibility & Administrative Requirements
• Manage assigned budget.
• Quarterly visits to other markets as needed.

• Has sound financial skills and experience managing a budget
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must reside in/near the market location
