JOB DESCRIPTION

The goal is to find a team member who is dedicated to ensuring we have efficient hiring processes, that new employees are well-trained within their teams, and that ongoing improvements are made to align with company goals and culture.

 

Tasks include manage job applications, screening candidates, conducting interviews as agreed, overseeing employee records,
generating reports, and ensuring training compliance.

 

Salary: $60,000-90,000 based on experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

General hiring process and training:
● Administer onboarding, orientations, and training.
● Develop and manage interview processes.
● Handle job postings, application reviews, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews as agreed.
● Perform leave administration, staffing changes, and employee benefits administration.
● Manage performance reviews.
● Organize training sessions and manage the training calendar.
● Track mandatory training completion and evaluate training programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:
● Associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred.
● 1 year of HR experience, with at least 3 years preferred.
● Experience in the adult beverage industry is preferred.


Travel Requirements:
● Up to 25%
